Big4 Swan Hill Hotel

Had a nice experience overall. The cabin was spacious and comfortable, and the pool was clean. there were some annoying flies upon arrival, and the shower fluctuated wildly in temperature. It's too bad about the misleading bathroom info, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning!

We were in a particularly good location adjacent to the water park, shops, restaurants, and Swan Hill. Efficient and excellent staff created a quiet atmosphere. Booked a room with excellent facilities😀

The room was big size and updated with the bunk beds, we stayed in all day. The location was unbeatable, not very far from The Entrance Town Centre.

The staff we met were not so helpful.

We had an awesome stay for 4 nights. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the heated pool onsite. the location was fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Entrance Heritage Walk.

Its location was good, near BBQ areas around villas, and in a really quiet area. We booked a villa and it was updated, very comfy beds. The staff was superbly friendly - we would come here again.

greatly enjoyed the room with cooking facilities, my bed was comfortable.

This place is always a lovely spot to stay with excellent staff and spacious rooms featuring bunk beds, along with amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge.

The hotel is conveniently located near all that Swan Hill has to offer, making it a fantastic choice. the room featured updated bunk beds, and I had a very restful sleep. the staff was not only efficient but also extremely friendly, which made my stay excellent overall.

The room was spacious with bunk beds and had all the essential facilities. the bathroom was great, and I had the best night's sleep. Upon arrival, there was a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges available. the location is unbeatable, close to restaurants and shops, making it very convenient.

This hotel is in an amazing spot, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. 🍽️.

i loved how clean and tidy the cabin was. it's in a great spot - close to shops and restaurants. plenty of food options nearby too. the staff was super helpful. they arranged our check-in when we arrived late. the kids had a blast with the pool - splash park, and mini golf!

Our rooms were spacious and well-equipped, plus the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. The 3 bedroom cabin was perfect for our group. The staff here were super friendly and really went above and beyond. 😊

The rooms were clean and perfect, and everything was well-maintained. The location was marvelous, with easy access to town and a beautiful view of the garden. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room had a couch and a lounge. It was conveniently close to the town center and BBQ areas around the villas.

The staff were wonderful and faultless. Well-equipped 2 bedroom unit. Full-size fridge, oven, and shower. Spacious lounge. Efficient air conditioner. Kids loved bike track and games room. Splash park and pool are great. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to town.
